Senior Executive από την Aegean Airlines

Aegean Airlines is currently looking for a CRM Senior Executive in our Digital & Loyalty department.
The Role:
The candidate will be responsible to develop, manage and execute the CRM strategy across the organization, to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention. He/she will also be responsible for data management and segmentation, as well as insights evaluation.
This position brings along the following responsibilities:
Utilize the customers’ data to design and deliver CRM strategies
Analyze the customer journey and identify key interaction points to optimize the overall customer experience
Build and execute CRM campaigns to improve customer activation and retention as well as to contribute to new customer acquisition
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα :
Candidates should have the following personal requirements:
Communication skills (oral/written)
Ability to work in a team and lead a team
Ability to work with tight deadlines, prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines
Ability to handle multiple projects across numerous territories
Excellent analytical skills
Organizing skills
And the following educational requirements and work experience:
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or familiar major
Familiarity with systems and web applications
Familiarity with any CRM/FFP platform
Prior experience in CRM/FFP or Data Analytics department
Prior experience in a managerial/leader position in a Marketing or CRM/FFP department
Computer literacy
Excellent knowledge of English
