DESCRIPTION

PURO HELLAS is seeking to recruit 2 Customer Support Representatives at its headquarters in Thessaloniki. The Customer Support Representative must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced, high performance company, has proven communication and organizational skills and will be responsible for:

•Maintain client/customer relations in a professional manner – prioritizing and responding to all requests in a timely manner with a warm, friendly attitude

•Focus on improving customer satisfaction

•Manage tasks, e-mails and phone calls within the same day

•Provide additional, value added services to our customers

•Will involve working with co-workers, decision making, resourcefulness, conflict resolution and problem solving

REQUIREMENTS

•2 - 4 years of customer care experience

•Excellent verbal and written skills in the Greek language

•Excellent communication in the English language (Proficiency level)

•Computer skills •Attention to detail and organization

•Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work

•Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines

•Prior experience in a fast paced, growing company will be considered as an asset BENEFITS
